Philadelphia, Pennsylvania - United States President Barack Obama on Friday declared a state of emergency flood flooded areas in North America, killing five people and forced 100,000 to flee their homes.
National Weather Service (NWS) flash flood warning in New York County, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Maryland and Virginia, the city was flooded, a busy highway is closed, supported the commutation.
