If you were general manager and Ryan Leaf, who has all the physical tools, but had a poor attitude and leadership skills, or Tebow, who would you choose between a selection of such a person? We already know that Leaf was a total failure, and their statements will be with most players. I will certainly choose Tebow. He has "it" factor. When it finds it, it seems like there is no hope. Are not these leaders. In fact, what good quarterbacks.
There are always people who refuse to believe, whether it is through their Christian faith or the capabilities of the Mother will be unpolished.
